People need to realize that the series at this point in time is written in tiers. It's simpler for Toriyama to keep track of the power of enemies from a writing standpoint instead of remembering multipliers or numbers that he'd previously come up with.
Stronger enemies and/or stronger forms are one tier above the weaker one, and by official power standards, this would also mean that SSj2 is only 1 tier above the regular Super Saiyan. This would put a Hypothetical SSj2 Vegeta at 18 or Imperfect Cell (Initial appearence) level, depending on amps, rage, etc. etc.

Tier 1:
Base Saiyans, Piccolo (Unfused)

Tier 2:
Super Saiyans

Tier 3:
18, (Hypothetical SSj2 Vegeta), Initial Appearance Imperfect Cell

Tier 4:
17, Kamiccolo

Tier 5:
Imperfect Cell (after absorbing all the people he can), Android 16
Well a hypothetical SSj2 Vegeta should be at Kamicolos tier,even using the 2x multiplier would still put him there

 Wtf is with you saying godstomps in every thread you post in? It's not even a word. Maybe if you said, "god stomps" I'd take you more seriously.

Also your power levels hold no value here, absolutely none.

 I have Vegeta winning this one. I'll firstly assume this is post 3 years. Let's assume that by Souchirou's words, fusing with god gives Piccolo that 2x increase.

So you've got SSJ Vegeta>Piccolo.

No matter what you do, unless your increase for Piccolo happens to be larger, Piccolo will always be below that of Vegeta if both are getting a 2x increase and frankly probably by a fairly significant amount too.

now if this is Pre-3 years, Piccolo has no chance in hell. You talking SSj2 Vegeta>SSJ Vegeta>>>God Piccolo>Base Vegeta.

The point is though is that as long as they have that 2x increase implied to both their forms, Piccolo isn't going to get above SSj2 Vegeta. It might have been better to have done Android Arc ASSJ Vegeta or something.

 I don't see a reason to assume that the boost must be 2x.

 I'm just using the SEG amps but then again, if you want to make it fairer, you're going to either have to lower the 2x increase for SSJ2 or increase the amplification for Piccolo fusing with God.

 I was referring to piccolo fusing with God. I don't see why it needs to be a 2x increase. Personally I think 17/18 are a long ways ahead of SSJ Vegeta, meaning that God-Piccolo would be too.
